Business owners
If you own or operate a business that appears on PicksByTown, you can:
- Claim your listing — update contact info, hours, services, photo, and description. Email us with the business name and proof of ownership.
- Request a correction — if any factual detail is wrong (phone number, address, years in business, etc.), we fix it as soon as we verify it.
- Request removal — if you do not want your business listed, we honor every legitimate removal request.
What we cannot do
- We cannot change your rank in exchange for payment. Rankings are data-driven and fixed by our methodology.
- We do not forward leads or contact information to businesses. Visitors reach out to you directly, using the phone number and website in your listing.
